A weekend workshop-retreat to enhance your meditation practice, using
the group action methods of psychodrama & sociometry, the source of all
modern role-playing methods. They have the fundamental goal of
enhancing spontaneous creative presence in individuals and
groups – psychodrama through investigating some of the
many parts of self; sociometry through investigating
relationships and group dynamics.

Participants will explore the inner and outer supports to deepen
motivation and meditation, to encounter the obstacles that
discourage it, and discover ways to strengthen the
former and reduce the latter.

Suggested Donation: $25
