Chenrezig Retreat
Milarepa Ösel Chö Dzong Retreat Center

Lama Karma will offer a weekend intensive retreat on
the practice of Chenrezing. He will give instructions
on the chanting practice text including visualizations,
mantra, and meditation.
While this retreat will benefit all practitioners,
we are specially inviting those who took the Chenrezig
Empowerment with Lama Norlha Rinpoche
in his recent visit to MOCD.
(no pre-requisites are necessary, practitioners
of all levels will benefit and
are welcome to attend)
