Everyone is welcome to attend our practices.

Losel Shedrup Ling is located in the Lotus Light Center at 501 Arthur St. in the Mechanicsville area of Knoxville, TN.

If you are coming from the West via I-40 east/I-75 north, take I-40E/I-75N then I-40E to Exit 388 South US 441 Henley St and immediately to TN 62 Western Avenue. Turn right on Western Avenue and then turn right onto Arthur St. at the end of the bridge. Proceed down Arthur to the old No. 5 Knoxville Fire Station. The Lotus Light Center just on the other side of the fire station on the corner of Arthur and McGhee. It is a two story brick building with the center occupying the first floor.

If you are coming from the East via I-40 west, take I-40 west to Exit 389 Hall of Fame Drive. Turn left on Hall of Fame Dr to E. Fifth Avenue. Turn right on E. Fifth Ave. to W. Fifth Ave. to Arthur St. Turn left on Arthur St. and the Lotus Light Center will be on your right next to the old No. 5 Knoxville Fire Station on the corner of Arthur and McGhee. It is a two story brick building with the center occupying the first floor.

If you are coming from the UT campus area, take 17th St. to Western Ave. and go right on Western, then left on Deaderick Ave. across from the Medic building. Where Deadrick intersects Arthur at the old No. 5 Knoxville Fire Station, the Lotus Light Center is just on the other side of the fire station on the corner of Arthur and McGhee. It is a two story brick building with the center occupying the first floor.

If you are coming from downtown Knoxville, take Western Ave. from Henley St., cross the bridge over I-40/75  and turn right onto Arthur St. at the end of the bridge. Proceed down Arthur to the old No. 5 Knoxville Fire Station. The Lotus Light Center just on the other side of the fire station on the corner of Arthur and McGhee. It is a two story brick building with the center occupying the first floor.

Parking
Ample parking is available on the streets near the building. Please do not park in front of adjacent residents homes on Arthur or McGhee Streets as some are disabled.

Cushions and chairs are provided.

There is no dress code. Wear clothes you can comfortably sit in for an hour (jeans and t-shirt are fine).

Please observe these points of protocol: 1) shoes are not worn in the shrine room; and 2) dharma texts are not placed directly on the floor where they may be stepped on (hold them or put them on a cushion).
