On Saturday, August 10th, from 2:00 – 4:00 pm, Lama Karma (MOCD) will be offering a workshop on setting up a personal Buddhist shrine for one’s home or retreat space.
Instruction will be given on the meaning of the various types of offerings and representations on the shrine. Practical instructions for making offerings and creating a sacred space for practice will also be given.
The suggested donation is $10. Supplies such as statues, offering bowls and candle holders will also be available for sale.
