Tony Delgato’s obituary from the News Sentinel:

BROCK, EDWARD LYNN “TONY” – age 62, passed away at his home in Corbin, Kentucky on May 10, 2013. He worked as a barber on Cumberland Avenue Strip in Knoxville for many years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Elizabeth Brock and one brother. He is survived by numerous beloved friends; including those he helped by kind words, compassion, generosity, and gentle advice. A memorial service is being planned for a later date and will be listed by his friends at www.lslk.org. This announcements is a courtesy of the Coley Funeral Home of Williamsburg, Kentucky.

From Jimmy:

Tony was a dedicated member of Losel Shedrup Ling for many years. He helped guide the entry of many of us into the rich world of Tibetan Buddhism.

Tony was one of the very best friends that I ever had. He was my companion on many Dharma adventures. He had a profound influence on my own life. I owe a great deal to Tony’s friendship and compassion.

Tony was a strong supporter of Losel Shedrup Ling. He helped a lot of us enter the stream.

Please join us on June 23 for this memorial service for Tony.
