Coming to LSLK in order to support others’ practice and spiritual growth is just as important as making a financial contribution! Please consider making a commitment to visit the center at least once a month throughout 2014. LSLK offers us all so much, but we make up the community! Please give others the gift of your support by coming to the center when you can. You can find LSLK’s weekly schedule by clicking HERE. And if you have not done so already, please go to LSLK’s Facebook page (search for Losel Shedrup Ling Tibetan Buddhist Center) and join the group!

Sunday mornings from 10:00am to 12:00pm (general practice starts at 11:00am) and Thursday evenings from 7:45pm to 8:30pm, there are wonderful Tibetan practices.

The book group meets on Tuesday evenings from 7:30pm to 9:00pm. See the book we are currently reading in the right column at this website.

Fred does a lot to make the Monday Evening Meditation Group a great success. Please come by the center for guided meditation on Monday evenings from 7:00-8:30pm. See Knoxville Insight Meditation for more information.

Everyone is also welcome to the Friday Evening Buddhist Practice at LSLK from 7:00-8:30pm. Our practice includes brief opening chanting in the Pali language to dedicate the offerings and homage to the Triple Gem, a 30-minute silent meditation, discussion of the Buddha’s teachings, and a closing mettā and dedication of merit. With much mettā to you all,
